Service Scope & Schedule
-Lawn maintenance includes mowing, edging, and debris blowing as described in the service agreement.
-Services are scheduled on a weekly basis, weather permitting.
-Exact service days may vary due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
Payment Terms
-Payments are due [biweekly] and must be made by your specified due date.
-Late payments may incur a [late fee of $25].
Seasonal Agreement & Discounts
-Customers signing up for the full 2025 season package receive a $600 discount.
-Early termination of the seasonal contract may result in forfeiture of the discount and require payment of full standard rates for services rendered.
Weather & Service Delays
-Services may be delayed or skipped due to inclement weather (heavy rain, storms, extreme drought, etc.).
-If a service is skipped due to weather, it will be rescheduled or adjusted as needed.
Lawn Conditions & Access
-Clients must ensure access to the property on scheduled service days (e.g., unlocked gates, removal of obstacles).
-If access is blocked and service cannot be completed, the full service fee may still apply.
-Lawn must be kept free of excessive debris, toys, pet waste, and obstacles.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
-Clients must provide [24-48 hours] notice for cancellations or reschedules.
-If less than [24 hours] notice is given, the full service fee may still apply.
-The provider reserves the right to terminate services for repeated cancellations, non-payment, or unsafe working conditions.
Liability & Damage Disclaimer
-The provider is not responsible for damage to hidden irrigation systems, cables, pipes, or other unmarked obstacles.
-The provider is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing lawn conditions, pests, or weather-related issues.
-The provider will take reasonable care but is not responsible for minor damage to edging, mulch, or non-permanent landscaping features.
Pet & Property Safety
-Clients must ensure pets are secured and away from service areas during scheduled maintenance.
-The provider is not responsible for lost pets due to open gates or other access points.
